Test 17

I live near the sea and love going to the beach every day with my dog Fly. I throw a ball into the sea and Fly LOVES (LOVE) running into the water to get the ball and bring it back to me. It was a lovely day on Saturday and Mum CAME (COME) with us to the beach. I THREW (THROW) the ball into the sea and Fly went to fetch it. But when he returned, he DID NOT HAVE (NOT HAVE) the ball in his TEETH (TOOTH) . He put the bottle down by my FEET (FOOT) . "Look," said Mum, "there is something in the bottle." It was a piece of paper. I TOOK (TAKE) it out. It was a letter. It said, "Hello, my name is Daisy. If you FIND(FIND) this letter please write to me." There was HER (SHE) address at the top of the letter. I wrote to Daisy and two weeks later I got a letter. We are good friends now.
