Nevertheless The Website may be used by anyone who finds it suitable for his personal purposes.All the Content is meant for trainig, excersising and practising.

b) The User - is a person who makes use of any of the content on The Website.

c) Content - is all kind of the material you may find on The Website - text, tests, audio, video, software.
d) Support - the technical support, in case something doesn't work or works not as expected.

 

2. Usage of The Website.

2.1 The User is allowed:

a) To watch, listen, do excersises, make tests and use the other content of The Website in the way it is meant to - for the purpose of personal education.

b) To contact Support at any time in case of a technical problem with The Website. Note! You should leave a good explanation of the

problem you are experiencing (in English or Russian).

c) To contact the owners of The Website in case you have any questions.

 

2.2 The User is NOT allowed:

a) To copy in anyway any of the Content from The Website accept in case of the prior written approval of the owners of The Website. Note! all the

content on The Website falls under the Intellectual Property legislation of your country.

a) The Website provides no warranty in the matters of achieving personla goals like passing exams, speed of learning, actual performanceof a student in a class etc.

b) The Website and the services, it's software, content and other materials are provided "as it is" basis. It means that The User may not make any implementations based on fitness for the particular purposies of any kind.

 

5. Privacy Disclasimer.

a) The Website asks for the minimun personal information during the registration. These are e-mail adress and name. This information is collected only for the purpose of obtaining a personal statistics of a student (scores, accomplished test).

b) The Website does its best to protect the personal records.

 

6. Limitation of Liability.

The Website is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages in connection with or arusing out of the using of The Website, its content, software or other materials.

 

7. Responsibility in case of violating this Terms and Conditions.

a) Violation of any of the terms of use may lead to the responsibility assigned by Law of your country.

b) Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

 

8. Miscellanious.

a) If any part of these Tems and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the intent of the original provision. Where a court is unable to construe any unenforceable or invalid provision to make it binding, the court will severe and delete the provision. In any event, all other terms remaining valid and enforceable will survive and remain in full force and effect.
