My TENTH (TEN) birthday is a day to remember. That morning I JUMPED (JUMP) out of my bed, got dressed then I RAN (RUN) quickly downstairs. When I walked into the room, my parents WERE TALKING (TALK) quietly together. "Happy birthday, Sonny", they SAID (SAY) . They smiled and gave ME (I) a very small box. When I opened it I saw a DOG'S (DOG) lead. Suddenly I HEARD(HEAR) a barking sound - it was a small white dog! It was the BEST (GOOD) birthday of my life!
